1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and utilizing the services of Supreme Asia Pacific Limited (SAPL), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients. Since 1995, we have operated on the principle of mutual respect and professional transparency; these terms serve as the formal framework for that partnership.

2. Scope of Services

SAPL provides two primary categories of professional service:

  • Quality Assurance (QA): Including but not limited to Factory Audits, DUPRO, PSI, and 100% Inspections.
  • Import & Export Services: Strategic sourcing, project development, and supply chain management. All services are performed based on the specific instructions provided by the Client and confirmed by SAPL.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Service Fees: Fees for inspections or trading services will be quoted per project or man-day.
  • Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due upon receipt of invoice. For trading projects, specific deposit and balance terms will be outlined in the individual Proforma Invoice.
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of local taxes or bank transfer charges unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling (Inspections)

We understand that factory schedules can be as unpredictable as the weather. However, because we commit our expert team to your project:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least one full business day before the scheduled inspection.
  • Late cancellations may incur a “Missed Inspection” fee to cover our mobilized resources.

5. Client Obligations

To ensure a “100% Quality” result, the Client must:

  • Ensure the factory is aware of the inspection and provides necessary access.
  • Provide clear, written specifications and “Golden Samples” where applicable.
  • SAPL is not responsible for delays caused by the factory’s failure to cooperate or have goods ready.

6. Limitation of Liability

This is the “fine print” that protects our 30-year legacy:

  • Not a Guarantee: An inspection report reflects the condition of the goods at the time and place of inspection. It does not relieve the manufacturer of their contractual quality obligations.
  • Liability Limit: In the event that SAPL is found liable for any loss or damage, our liability is strictly limited to a total amount not exceeding five (5) times the fee paid for the specific service involved.
  • Indirect Loss: SAPL is not liable for any consequential loss, including loss of profits or market reputation.

7. Intellectual Property

The SAPL name, logo, and all content on yahe.pro (including the multi-lingual insights we’ve developed since 1995) are the exclusive property of Supreme Asia Pacific Limited. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
