Since 1995, we have understood that a quality report is only as good as the honesty of the inspector who wrote it. We conduct our business with absolute transparency, ensuring that the facts on the ground are the facts in your report—no filters, no bias.

2. Anti-Bribery & Zero Tolerance

We maintain a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding bribery in any form.

  • For Our Team: Our employees and inspectors are prohibited from accepting any gifts, favors, tips, or hospitality from factories.
  • For Our Partners: Any attempt by a factory to influence our inspectors will be documented and reported to the client immediately.
  • Our Promise: We believe that professional fees are the only payment we should ever receive. This keeps our eyes sharp and our judgment impartial.

3. Conflict of Interest

To maintain our status as a truly independent third party, SAPL ensures that our personnel have no financial or personal interests in the factories they inspect. We avoid any situation that could compromise our objectivity. If a conflict of interest is identified, we disclose it immediately and assign a different, impartial expert to the project.

4. Confidentiality & IP Protection

In the world of trade and product development, your ideas are your most valuable assets.

  • We treat all client information, designs, and “Golden Samples” as strictly confidential.
  • Your intellectual property (IP) is safe with us. We ensure that your proprietary information never leaves the SAPL ecosystem, protecting you from unauthorized “look-alike” products in the market.

5. Professionalism & Respect

Being professional means being respectful.

  • Language & Culture: Our multi-lingual team uses their fluency in Dutch, German, and English to bridge cultural gaps with dignity and clarity.
  • Conduct: We treat factory personnel with respect while remaining firm on quality standards. We believe that professional firmness yields better results than unnecessary aggression.

6. Compliance with Laws

SAPL operates in full compliance with the laws of Hong Kong and the local regulations of our operational hubs in Jiaxing, Shanghai, and Dongguan. We also align our internal standards with international best practices for Quality Assurance and trade.

7. Reporting Violations

We encourage an open-door policy. If you ever feel that an SAPL representative has not met these high ethical standards, please contact our management directly. Your feedback is our most important “Quality Check.”
